  • Gold: This plan has higher monthly premiums but lower out-of-pocket costs than Bronze and Silver plans. It covers about 80% of your health care costs, and you pay the remaining 20%.

  • Platinum: This plan has the highest monthly premiums but the lowest out-of-pocket costs. It covers about 90% of your health care costs, and you pay the remaining 10%.
